Hong Kong....at a different perspective 1

itunes: 岡田有希子,メモリアルBOX (1999)

Finally a long-waited short break to Hong Kong from the hectic work schedule. I've been to Hong Kong a couple of times, but this time, I shall see Hong Kong at a different perspective. Besides a food and shopping paradise, Hong Kong does have more surprises for show.

Island Hop: Lamma Island 南丫岛, 19 Jan 2008

This is Aberdeen 香港仔, a place where to catch a ferry to Lamma Island.

Approaching the Lamma Island Pier.....

Waterfront at the pier, full of seafood restaurants.
That's the hillscape I'm going to hike.

Imagine waking to this tranquility every morning.....

The view of the pier and waterfront from the hills.

Over the hills, it's the vast landscape and the water one will see.

I called this The Sore, the coal power station on the island.

After the 2 hours hike, take a breather at this cafe in the organic herb farm. Relax and chill out with a glass of organic herbal tea.

Farm owner's kitty.

The route taken of the hike.
